sixty london

adding lively presence to London’s Midtown urban grain and stimulating wider regeneration.

This landmark project reimagines a pivotal Holborn Viaduct site with a bold architectural statement defined by dynamic, twisted metal fins sweeping across a light glazed façade. The result is a striking visual identity that energises the Farringdon/Holborn corridor while enhancing the building’s performance through integrated shading and energy-efficient design. A reconstructed Victorian gatehouse anchors the scheme in its historic context, completing the set of heritage structures at the viaduct’s corners and seamlessly blending past and present. Achieving a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating, the development showcases a commitment to sustainability through advanced environmental systems and innovative green technologies.
