Aykon London One reimagines the Vauxhall skyline with a bold, integrated composition: a slender 550-foot residential tower, a 260-foot affordable housing block, and a glazed horizontal office volume that dramatically links the two. Led by Brandon Buck during his time at Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, the scheme introduces a distinctive alternative to the area’s typical twin-tower model, merging luxury living, affordable housing, and commercial space into a cohesive, contextually responsive urban statement.
