Led by Brandon Buck as Principal at Perkins&Will, this project transformed a four-storey commercial block into seven high-end residential apartments, complete with a new roof extension and generous terraces, while retaining the ground-floor retail units and fully operational Everyman cinema to preserve the building’s mixed-use vibrancy. Guided by detailed historical analysis, the front façade was reimagined to restore its original character through traditional detailing and precise interventions, resulting in a contemporary yet contextually grounded adaptation that elevates residential living within a richly layered urban setting.
